OK, this may be a bit odd,... but I'm going to put part of my "Resume" here just to give you some idea of who I am and what I've done in the past. But first, a few "Notable Notes":
- Software Engineer with General Electric for 16 years.
- Mortgage Broker for 10 years. Mortgage Loan Modification Broker for 3 years.
- USAF for 9 Years. Real Estate Investor for 20 years.
- Inventor of the "We Buy Houses" sign. Yup, that was me - nearly 20 years ago. Go ahead, curse me if you feel the need,... I don't blame you. I had no idea it would take over the entire country like a plague.
- Musician - Lead Guitar - Rock & Roll - 41 years at it. Yeah, I know,... Kinda hard to imagine given my current "Mature" look. But it's true. If you're genuinely curious, though, just ask me and I'll give you another web site of mine where you can see/hear me playing. Warning not for the "Faint of Heart"!
- Speak Spanish (nearly fluent).

Live Sound Engineer - Independent Contractor Mar/2009 - Present
Provide medium-sized Sound Systems for Live Bands, Corporate Events,
Battle-Of-The-Bands, Church Services, and Outdoor Concerts. Provide systems
and enginering services as well as running "In-House" systems in Auditoriums
and Chrurches. Also provide Live Sound Consulting Services.
Loan Modification Solicitor – Independent Contractor Feb/2008 - Dec/2009
Solicited distressed home owners for Home Loan Modifications. Gathered
required documentation, performed Forensic Audits on closed loan files, and
assembled fraud; misrepresentation; and improper underwriting data to
support MOD negotiations. Submitted complete MOD Packages to various
Law Firms.
Mortgage Broker - Independent Contractor Dec/1999 - Aug/2009
Originated Residential Purchase and Refinance Mortgages for a wide variety of
national mortgage lenders. Analyzed Income, Assets, Credit, and Debt Ratios to
Pre-Qual applicants. Reviewed Appraisals, VOE’s, VOD’s, & VOR’s for
accuracy/completeness. Gathered documents and assembled loan files to submit
for loan processing. Maintained/Updated loan files during loan processing phase.
Reviewed all closing docs.
Software Engineer - General Electric Jun/1988 - Oct/2004
Wrote, debugged, & implemented Operating Level System Software for
major, international Electrical Power Generation & Distribution companies.
Managed the Software Warranty department 1998 – 2004. Supervised
up to 9 Software Engineers and Hardware
Staff Sergeant - U.S. Air Force May/1977 - May/1988
1985 – 1988 – Full Time Student (ROTC) – University of Central Florida
1981-1985 – Digital Computer Systems Repair Technician.
Shift Supervisor – Supervised up to 23 Maintenance Technicians and three
Crew Leaders. Wrote operational procedures and performance reports,
maintained maintenance records, served as shop Quality Control Officer.

1977 – 1981 Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Maintenance Scheduler.
Scheduled Maintenance for over 326 pieces of AGE equipment. Elmendorf
